Why this username you might ask? Well, in the last century I've worked at legendary floppy disk drive and later hard drive manufacturer Micropolis Corporation in user support. We made some pioneering things back then. And to this date I'm fascinated with data on spinning media. Yes, I know, I'm an oldtimer. But these years, the 1980s, were fascinating times. We had AI, robots, autonomous machines and space travel - well, sort of. At least we had a firm vision of the future. A future that somehow never was. Or is it now? The world is changing at rapid pace, again. We'll see.
