ROBOTC (trademarked as ROBOTC and frequently spelled RobotC) is an Integrated development environment targeted towards students that is used to program and control LEGO NXT, VEX, RCX, and Arduino robots using a programming language based on the C programming language. Sure it can. The NXT provides a bluetooth serial port, so you don't actually have to do anything with bluetooth in Qt. All of the Bluetooth stuff will be handled by your OS.
