The link to the stacklist at ros.org/wiki is broken. It takes me to an error page saying
Not Found The requested URL /browse/stack_list.php was not found on this server. Apache/2.2.14 (Ubuntu) Server at www.ros.org Port 80
A) Does anyone have a working link?
B) Who should I report this to?

I can't find the problem. The Browse Software link works and has a working stacks link.
What exact link did you find broken?
Problems with the wiki can be reported here, or at the roswiki repository on github. If you want to correct a page, go ahead and edit it yourself.

http://www.ros.org/wiki/ On the right hand side, under "Wiki", click "StackList", then click "stack list" then you get to the error page I've described. Should that link take one to the same stack list you describe above?
