Thanks, I have sourced source ./install/setup.bash and despite this I am still having the same issue. I observed that while AMENT_PREFIX_PATH is properly set, including my package's install directory, the ROS_PACKAGE_PATH variable is empty. It seems there might be a deeper issue with the executable's registration or discovery by the ROS 2 runtime.
